Purchases from PEETZ Direct
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at www.peetzoutdoors.com or at our PEETZ Outdoors retail store in Victoria, British Columbia, you may refund or exchange your purchase within the first 30 days from your date of purchase.
- Items returned with a PEETZ receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.
- Items returned without a PEETZ receipt will be processed at the lowest current price, plus applicable sales tax. You also have the option to exchange for the same product or receive a merchandise credit applicable on a future purchase.
Important! All online purchases returned must be accompanied by a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) Form. If you have to return an item to PEETZ, please include the RMA Form for efficient processing and hassle-free service. Need help filling out the form? Purchases from a PEETZ Authorized Retailer
For purchases made through a PEETZ Authorized Retailer, returns can be made directly at the retailer’s location or “point of purchase”, based on the return policy of that retailer. If, for some reason, you cannot return the product to the authorized retailer, you may choose to visit our shop in Victoria, British Columbia or call us and a PEETZ team member will do what they can to make it right for you.
Important! If your purchase was made at a PEETZ Authorized Retailer, no returns can be accepted without a receipt.
Shipping Charges on Returns
The cost of shipping your product back to PEETZ or to one of our authorized retailers is non-refundable, except if you purchased direct from PEETZ and an error occurred on our part in the original shipment of your order (for example, you received the incorrect item). However, shipping the replacement item back to you will be at our expense.
If you purchased from PEETZ direct and you are returning your product because it is defective, we will also provide you with a 10% discount code that you can apply to your next purchase with PEETZ to assist in offsetting any shipping costs incurred.
